UISS was built on the 1997 TNM system and Fuhrman grade. Re-stage and re-grade older or newer reports to these definitions; ISUP/WHO grade is not identical to Fuhrman grade.
Survival figures describe groups in the cited cohorts. They are not individual predictions, and later series have reported lower discrimination than the original cohort.
The low, intermediate and high risk algorithm is applied here to N0M0 disease only.
